We only use reputable suppliers that support sustainable seafood, including our Native Lobster. Native Lobster will be on the menu from spring to late autumn, during the winter months they are out of season. We make an effort to use local seasonal produce as much as we can and take on local suppliers all the time. New to us recently is the Hand Brew Company, Worthing, providing us with high quality beers for every palate.
Also new is Folkington’s, artisan soft drinks & tonic’s, Arlington. We also stock a selection of wines from local Sussex vineyards including Bolney Estates, Albourne, and Poynings Grange .
To finish we also have a selection of homemade desserts, ice cream and sorbet
